On June 28, 2026, at Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park - Aurora IP, Rang Dong Commune, Ninh Binh Province, Cát Tường Group, in collaboration with the People’s Committee of Rang Dong Commune, organized CTG ESG DAY - Aurora Green Community Day 2026.
The event marked the launch of Aurora Green Life, comprising a worker rental housing program and ready-built factories for lease. It also featured activities focused on job connection, investment promotion, cooperation, financial services, and local community responsibility.
The program welcomed representatives from regulatory authorities, the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union, industry associations, investment promotion organizations, banks, partners, enterprises operating at Aurora IP, as well as a large number of workers and residents of Rang Dong.
Through its three key components - Aurora Green Run, Aurora Green Work, and Aurora Green Life - Cát Tường Group continued to concretize its development orientation for Aurora IP as an industrial ecosystem that connects production infrastructure, human resources, workers’ living conditions, and the local community.

In his welcome remarks at the program, Mr. Nguyen Van Tuan, Standing Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cát Tường Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company, shared the development orientation of Aurora IP in connection with people, production infrastructure, and community responsibility.

Launching the Worker Rental Housing Program
One of the key highlights of the event was Cát Tường Group’s launch of the worker rental housing program at Aurora IP.
The program aims to provide additional housing options near the workplace, meeting the practical needs of the workforce currently working and expected to work in the industrial park. Shortening the distance between home and workplace is expected to help workers reduce commuting time and costs while making daily life more convenient.
From a business perspective, worker rental housing is also part of the solution to stabilize the workforce. When living conditions receive proper attention, enterprises gain a stronger foundation for recruitment, employee retention, and the development of a long-term committed workforce.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Le An Hai, Chairman of the Vietnam Industry and Trade Union, emphasized the role of housing, living conditions, and welfare policies in strengthening workers’ long-term engagement with enterprises.
In addition to caring for workers’ living conditions, trade unions also play an important role in connecting enterprises with schools, vocational education institutions, and training organizations, thereby supporting training, retraining, and skills enhancement for the workforce.

In parallel with the worker rental housing program, Cát Tường Group also launched its ready-built factories for lease program at Aurora IP.
This product is designed for enterprises seeking to shorten investment preparation time, reduce the initial workload of construction, and put production operations into service sooner.
Ready-built factories are suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises, supporting industries, investors wishing to implement projects in phases, or companies seeking to test the market before scaling up.

At the program, Mr. Nguyen Vu Chien, Deputy Head of the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of Ninh Binh Province, delivered remarks on the orientation toward improving infrastructure, enhancing investment attraction capacity, and developing industrial parks in line with requirements on the environment, labor, and social infrastructure.

Within the framework of the event, Rang Dong Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company, the developer of Aurora IP, held a cooperation signing ceremony with the Ninh Binh Province Investment and Trade Promotion Center.
The cooperation aims to strengthen the promotion of the investment environment, connect enterprises, and support investors in accessing information, opportunities, and necessary contact points during the process of studying and implementing projects in the locality.
Rang Dong Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company and the Ninh Binh Province Investment and Trade Promotion Center signed a cooperation agreement to enhance connection and investment promotion at Aurora IP.
Also at the program, Aurora IP signed a cooperation agreement with Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank - ACB to add financial and banking solutions for investors, enterprises, contractors, and workers within the industrial park ecosystem.
Under the cooperation orientation, the parties will coordinate to connect banking products and services tailored to different needs during the processes of investment, construction, operation, and production expansion at Aurora IP.

Representing the investor community currently operating at Aurora IP, Mr. Liao Ming-Tung, Chairman of Je Hong Textile Co., Ltd., shared his perspective on the investment environment, infrastructure, and the support of the developer throughout the production implementation process.

Opening CTG ESG DAY 2026 was Aurora Green Run, a 6-kilometer community run held at Cat Tuong Charm Park within Aurora IP.
The run attracted nearly 500 participants, mainly workers and local residents. In a vibrant atmosphere, runners joined together to spread the spirit of healthy living, positivity, and community connection.
