On 18 August 2026, Rang Dong Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company - Aurora IP and Bong Sen Vang Construction Joint Stock Company - Golden Lotus Construction held a business meeting and capability exchange, and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), with the aim of strengthening coordination in delivering solutions for industrial investors.
Connecting specialized infrastructure capabilities with industrial construction expertise
With 15 years of experience in industrial construction, Golden Lotus Construction has built extensive capabilities through the delivery of factories and industrial facilities for FDI enterprises in Vietnam, including projects across the spinning - weaving - dyeing value chain.
As a General Contractor, Golden Lotus Construction integrates hands-on site experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and digital project management solutions throughout project delivery. BIM supports multidisciplinary design coordination, clash detection, and early-stage control of quantities, costs and schedules, creating a basis for addressing issues before they affect construction and operations.
The combination of practical construction capability and digital management tools helps investors optimize factory functionality, manage risks and investment efficiency, while supporting timely project commissioning and operations.

Building on the strengths of each party, the MoU provides a framework for Aurora IP and Golden Lotus Construction to deepen technical exchanges and coordinate solutions covering design, construction, project delivery management and factory commissioning.

From business discussions to on-site assessments
A notable feature of the program was that the two parties went beyond capability presentations and directly conducted on-site assessments of representative facilities and projects developed by each side.
At Aurora IP, the Golden Lotus Construction delegation inspected infrastructure supporting industrial production, including the water supply system, wastewater treatment system and other technical infrastructure within the industrial park.

The site visit provided a stronger basis for the two parties to discuss the interface between industrial park infrastructure planning and the technical requirements of individual factories, particularly in water- and infrastructure-intensive industries such as textile dyeing.

The program then continued with an on-site visit to one of the large-scale projects in the spinning - weaving - dyeing value chain currently being implemented by Golden Lotus Construction in Northern Vietnam.
At the project site, representatives of both parties discussed in greater depth the requirements for design, construction organization, infrastructure connections and factory implementation, gaining clearer insight into each party’s practical capabilities and complementary strengths.
Advancing a more comprehensive solution ecosystem for investors
From industrial park infrastructure to factory construction sites, the practical engagement highlighted the complementarity between Aurora IP’s specialized infrastructure development expertise and Golden Lotus Construction’s capabilities in General Contracting, industrial construction delivery and BIM application.
Going forward, Aurora IP is progressively expanding its product and service offerings to respond more flexibly to investor needs, beyond industrial land and specialized infrastructure.
