Standardized information to enhance investment advisory efficiency
During the event, representatives of the project developer presented an overview of Cat Tuong Group, its industrial real estate development strategy and Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park - Aurora IP.
Discussions focused on key considerations in industrial site selection, including master planning, available industrial land, land and factory solutions, power supply, water supply and wastewater treatment infrastructure, project implementation progress, eligible industries, the existing FDI business ecosystem and investor support procedures from site inspection through project implementation.
Aurora IP also introduced its standardized information resources and partner-support tools, including the project information platform, online sales materials, 360-degree virtual site survey tools, on-site infrastructure progress updates, official communication channels and direct access to relevant business and technical teams.
The objective is to establish an information system that is consistent, accessible and verifiable, enabling partners to shorten preparation time while ensuring that investors receive accurate information directly from official sources.

Transparent sales policies and clearly managed customer leads
Aurora IP’s sales policies and customer lead registration and management mechanism were among the topics receiving significant attention from participating partners.
Aurora IP currently utilizes an internal CRM system to track the customer journey from initial lead registration and consultation through site visits, quotations, negotiations and transactions.
The coordination mechanism is built around several core principles: systematic customer information registration, lead verification and confirmation, traceable interaction records, clearly defined roles among involved parties and centralized management of investor information.
This approach is designed to protect the legitimate interests of partners while ensuring consistency, transparency and confidentiality throughout the investor engagement process.

Direct dialogue on products, infrastructure and project implementation
Rather than providing one-way project information, the event dedicated substantial time to direct dialogue between Aurora IP and its partners.
Discussions addressed practical issues including factory construction conditions and timelines, technical infrastructure, available product solutions, requirements of FDI manufacturers and Aurora IP’s competitive advantages in an industrial real estate market increasingly driven by infrastructure quality, speed of implementation and industry-specific capabilities.
Representatives from Aurora IP’s business and construction teams directly addressed questions concerning infrastructure and project implementation, providing partners with additional technical insight to support their advisory work with prospective investors.
This direct access to relevant specialists reflects Aurora IP’s approach: to go beyond sales materials by enabling key investment and technical considerations to be verified from the earliest stage of the advisory process.

For Cat Tuong Group and Aurora IP, these insights provide an important market-based foundation for continuously improving project solutions, partner-support systems and market engagement strategies.
Following the professional discussion, participants continued networking during a dinner reception, creating further opportunities to exchange perspectives on Vietnam’s industrial real estate market and FDI promotion activities.
Expanding the network and accompanying investors
In the coming period, Cat Tuong Group and Aurora IP will continue strengthening relationships with industrial real estate agencies, investment advisory firms, industrial construction companies and FDI promotion organizations across multiple markets.
Aurora IP’s objective goes beyond expanding the number of partners. The project aims to establish an ecosystem with professional expertise, reliable information, clear coordination procedures and genuine capabilities to support investors throughout the investment process.
For consultants and industrial real estate agencies, Aurora IP seeks to provide the necessary information, tools and direct points of contact to make investor engagement and advisory activities more efficient.
