From June 10 to 15, 2026, the Cat Tuong Group/Aurora IP delegation conducted a business trip to China, with key destinations including Shanghai, Changshu, Ningbo, and Hangzhou.
The trip was part of Aurora IP’s international engagement activities, aiming to expand cooperation with partners in industrial park infrastructure, environmental solutions, technology, energy, AI, and textiles. It also provided opportunities to study advanced industrial park management and operation models to support Aurora IP’s direction of developing an eco-oriented textile industrial park in Vietnam.
As the global textile supply chain continues to shift toward greener, more transparent, and more compliant standards, a specialized industrial park can no longer rely solely on land availability and basic infrastructure. For industries with specific requirements such as weaving, dyeing, finishing, and supporting industries, the key lies in integrated operational capability - from water supply, wastewater treatment, water recycling, energy, and logistics - transportation and supply chain services, to long-term investor support.

Connecting with SUEZ at SCIP: Environmental Infrastructure as the Foundation for Textile Dyeing Industrial Parks
One of the key highlights of the trip was the working session between the Aurora IP delegation and SUEZ representatives at Shanghai Chemical Industry Park - SCIP, Shanghai.
During the session, the delegation exchanged views on integrated water supply and wastewater management models within industrial parks, covering water treatment, centralized wastewater treatment, wastewater stream separation at source, treated water reuse, pipeline network management, quality monitoring, and smart operation technologies.
For the textile dyeing industry, these are foundational topics. Water is not only a production resource, but also a decisive factor in ensuring the stability, efficiency, and sustainability of the entire industrial park.

Following the discussion, the delegation visited the eco-wetland - an artificial wetland ecosystem designed and developed by SUEZ at SCIP. The model applies Zone Libellule - “Dragonfly Zone” technology, aimed at further polishing treated industrial wastewater before discharge into the environment.
This approach, combining natural water flow, wetland ecosystems, and plant root systems, provided Aurora IP with practical insights into water management, water reuse, and the development of greener and more circular environmental infrastructure.
Exploring a Specialized Industrial Park in Changshu: Lessons in Integrated Operation
The journey continued with a site visit to a specialized industrial park in Changshu, Suzhou, Jiangsu Province.
The industrial park focuses on manufacturing sectors with strict requirements for technical infrastructure, water supply, wastewater treatment, steam, natural gas, and environmental control. Through the visit, the delegation gained practical lessons on how essential infrastructure systems - including water supply, wastewater, steam, power, natural gas, drainage, and fire protection - are planned and operated in an integrated manner.
One notable practice was the pre-treatment model - initial wastewater treatment at the factory level, requiring enterprises to treat wastewater before discharging it into the centralized treatment system. This approach helps better control influent quality, reduce risks for the centralized treatment system, and improve overall operational efficiency.
In addition, the direction of water recycling - reuse of treated water and the idea of developing an R&D laboratory - Research and Development laboratory for textile dyeing wastewater offered valuable references for Aurora IP as it continues to refine its eco-oriented textile industrial park model in Vietnam.

Visiting AI Matrix Store in Shanghai: Technology from Experience to Operation
Beyond industrial and environmental infrastructure, the trip also extended to technology, digitalization, and customer experience.
In Shanghai, the delegation visited AI Matrix Store “MetAI Hub” at Zhangjiang AI Innovation Town. This is an applied AI experience space where technology is placed into real-life scenarios across daily living, services, retail, urban applications, and innovation.
What the delegation observed was not only the technology itself, but how technology is translated into experiences that are easy to understand, easy to use, and valuable for users.

For industrial parks, AI can support digital site plans - digital master planning tools, virtual site visits - online project tours, and AI investor assistants - AI-powered tools for investor support, helping international clients access information more efficiently regarding land availability, infrastructure, legal status, utilities, and business ecosystems.
From the broader perspective of Cat Tuong Group, AI applications also open up opportunities for residential projects, urban developments, offices, and commercial centers, including space management, resident services, customer experience, and smart operations.
Visiting Sanbang Group: Investors as Long-Term Strategic Partners
Another important destination of the trip was the direct working session with Sanbang Group at its headquarters in Ningbo.
Sanbang is one of the investors that has chosen Aurora IP for its manufacturing project in Vietnam. On this occasion, the Aurora IP delegation congratulated Sanbang on the completion of its factory construction at Aurora Industrial Park and exchanged views on development direction, production capabilities, and areas requiring continued coordination during its operation in Vietnam.
During the meeting, both sides had an open discussion on Sanbang’s development history, production activities, product strengths, and practical matters requiring cooperation during project implementation and operation at Aurora IP.
For Aurora IP, investors in the industrial park are not merely customers, but strategic partners to accompany throughout the entire process of investment, construction, operation, and development. The success of investors is also the success of the ecosystem that Aurora IP is building.
The visit to Sanbang not only helped both sides gain a deeper understanding of each other, but also opened up further opportunities to connect the textile supply chain between China and Vietnam, in line with Aurora IP’s vision to become a green, sustainable, and internationally connected textile dyeing hub.

Three Key Value Pillars from the Trip
Looking back on the trip, Aurora IP further strengthened three key value pillars.
The first is sustainable environmental infrastructure, especially in water supply, wastewater treatment, water recycling, and environmental risk control.
The second is smart operation, through the exploration of technology, data, and AI applications in infrastructure management, project presentation, and investor experience.
The third is international textile value chain connectivity, through engagement with technology partners, specialized industrial parks, and existing investors within the Aurora IP ecosystem.
From SCIP, Changshu, and MetAI Hub to Sanbang Group, each destination provided practical lessons for the continued development of Aurora IP in Vietnam.
From International Connections to Local Green Action
The value of the business trip does not stop at international observations. Aurora IP is continuing to translate these insights into concrete local action.
Following the China trip, Aurora IP will further spread the spirit of sustainable development through CTG ESG DAY | Aurora Green Community Day 2026, scheduled for June 28, 2026, at Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park - Aurora IP, Rang Dong Commune.
If the China business trip helped Aurora IP broaden its perspective on green, smart, and efficient industrial park models, CTG ESG DAY represents Aurora IP’s effort to bring the spirit of ESG - Environmental, Social and Governance closer to the local community.

The event includes meaningful community activities such as Aurora Green Run 2026, promoting a green and healthy lifestyle; Aurora Green Work, a job connection event to expand employment opportunities for local workers; and Aurora Green Life, focusing on sustainable living, working, and development within the Aurora IP ecosystem.
From international connections to local action, Aurora IP remains committed to refining its eco-oriented textile industrial park model - greener, smarter, and more efficient.
This will serve as a foundation for Aurora IP to accompany textile, dyeing, finishing, and supporting industry investors in the long term, while contributing to the creation of an industrial ecosystem associated with environmental responsibility, employment opportunities, and sustainable community development.
