SanBang Vietnam’s factory, with total investment of over USD 40 million, has officially commenced operations at Aurora IP – Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park. The project further strengthens the specialized textile ecosystem, green dyeing infrastructure and sustainable textile supply chain development in Ninh Binh Province.
On May 22, at Aurora IP – Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park, SanBang Company Limited held the inauguration ceremony for its household textile manufacturing factory, marking the official launch of another large-scale specialized textile project within the industrial park.
SanBang Vietnam’s factory is located at lots Q1, Q2 and Q3 within Aurora IP in Rang Dong Commune, Ninh Binh Province, covering approximately 10.34 hectares with total investment exceeding USD 40 million.
The project focuses on manufacturing specialized textile products such as towels, fabrics and DTY yarn, serving a wide range of consumer and industrial applications including household hygiene, personal care, automotive cleaning and specialized cleaning products.
The commencement of SanBang’s production is considered an important milestone in the company’s Southeast Asia expansion strategy, while also reflecting the ongoing investment shift of the global textile industry toward industrial parks with dedicated infrastructure and sustainable development orientation.

Besides dedicated textile and dyeing infrastructure, investors are also highly interested in investment incentives, stable legal frameworks and logistics connectivity.

Representatives of SanBang Company Limited stated that throughout the project implementation process, the company received strong support from the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks, local authorities and Aurora IP’s infrastructure developer.
This support enabled the company to complete legal procedures, construct facilities, install equipment, recruit personnel and commence operations on schedule.
