On September 21, 2026, at Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park - Aurora IP, Rang Dong Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company officially signed a Land Sublease Agreement with Star Viet Yarn Co., Ltd. (星越 - Xing Yue) for the development of a project covering approximately 7 hectares.
The arrival of a new FDI investor in the yarn sector further strengthens an important link in Aurora IP’s yarn - weaving - dyeing - finishing value chain, enhancing connectivity among enterprises and contributing to the continued development of a comprehensive textile and garment ecosystem within the industrial park.

In addition to its in-depth textile and garment development strategy, Aurora IP is also expanding its investment attraction scope following the approval of the General Planning Task for Ninh Co Economic Zone through 2050, which sets the direction for the development of a comprehensive, multi-sector and multi-industry economic zone.

With a well-invested and integrated infrastructure platform, particularly its large-scale water supply and wastewater treatment systems, Aurora IP is well positioned to attract additional manufacturing sectors with high water demand and stringent requirements for environmental infrastructure.

By continuing to strengthen the textile and garment value chain while broadening its multi-sector investment attraction strategy, Aurora IP aims to maximize the efficiency of its existing infrastructure, create new development space, and expand business connectivity opportunities for FDI investors in the next stage of growth.
