Within the program of Experiences Exchange Conference of the Standing People’s Council of Nam Dinh Province on 29th May 2019, the delegation of Provincial People’s Council and Standing People’s Council of Nam Dinh’s City and District had a visit at Rang Dong Textiles Industrial park.

At the beginning of the conference, Rang Dong Infrastructure Invesment and Development JSC had an overview introduction about Rang Dong Textiles Industrial Park - Aurora IP, about the Owner, updated the working progress and the investment promotion of the Industrial Park. At present, Aurora IP has completed the infrastructure and be ready to welcome the first tenant from Japan in June 2019.

Next, Mr. Tran Minh Hoan, Head of Nam Dinh Industrial Park Management Board, gave a speech to determine the advantages and disadvantages in construction and investment attraction at Rang Dong Textiles Industrial Park, simultaneously proposed solutions to accelerate construction progress and complete the infrastructure as well as promote the investment into the Industrial Park. Mr. Tran Minh Hoan highly appreciated the efforts of Cat Tuong Group, the Owner of Rang Dong Textiles Industrial Park in completing the infrastructure and facilities of the Industrial Park.

At the Conference, Mr. Le Hong Thanh, Vice Standing Secretariat – President of People’s Council of Nghia Hung District had a speech about the construction progress of auxiliary infrastructure connecting to the Industrial Park. Accordingly, the local authority is pushing up the infrastructure execution progress connecting to the Industrial Park, almost complete ground clearance to build the linked roads.

Then, Mr Nguyen Viet Hung, Member of Standing Committee – Vice Standing President of Provincial People’s Council stated and directed to speed up the construction progress of auxiliary infrastructure connecting to the Industrial Park ensuring auxiliary utilities and promote the investment attraction into the Industrial Park as well as recognize the efforts of the Owner and hope that the Owner will try harder in the investment promotion into the Industrial Park.

In the coming time, Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park - Aurora IP will quickly complete the synchronous infrastructure, increasing the service quality to meet the demand of tenants. In addition, the Owner will continue to implement investment promotion activities to welcome and introduce the professional investment environment in Aurora IP to domestic and foreign investors
