On 31st of May, 2019 Rang Dong Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company officially started construction of wastewater treatment plant with total capacity of 110.000m3/day and night at Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park - Aurora IP, Nghia Hung District, Nam Dinh Province.
Attending the ceremony took place in the presence of Mr. Ngo Gia Tu, Provincial Standing Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Tran Minh Hoan, Head of Nam Dinh Industrial Park Management Board; Representative of Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Construction, Department of Natural Resources and Environment; local departments, domestic and foreign partners, board of directors and employees of Rang Dong Infrastructure Investment and Development JSC.

Planned construct in an area of more than 2,000ha in 3 phases, phase 1 with an area of 519.6ha, Rang Dong textile industrial park - Aurora IP is gradually improving. With the orientation of being a green, clean and sustainable industrial park with "1 bottle of 9 pine" utilities including transportation system, electricity system, water supply system, waste water treatment system, telecommunications, logistics, human resources, living environment and incentive policy, Aurora IP will be at the top of consideration when investing in Vietnam.

Wastewater treatment plant of Aurora IP is planned to be constructed with a total capacity of 110.000m3/day and night divided into modules. The first module is constructed on an area of 3.6 ha with a capacity of 5.000m3/day and night and total investment of VND 116 billion. The first module was licensed for construction by Nam Dinh Industrial Park Management Board.
Wastewater treatment plant is expected to ensure the demand of wastewater treatment for the whole IP when completing, receiving a variety of tenant demand from raw wastewater treatment to receiving and continue treating treated waste water, ensuring to meet standard A of QCVN 40: 2011/BTNMT before discharging outside.

Technology of wastewater treatment plant of Aurora IP allows to actively apply solutions when occurring incidents from wastewater treatment stations; fish stocking - biological indicator allows verification to ensure that waste water will not kill fish before discharging into the outside, improving water quality, reducing pollutants, stabilizing the quality of treated water, avoid concentration shocks to the sea environment; create ecological landscape for the plant and surrounding area
Mr. Ngo Gia Tu, Standing Provincial Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee also commended the efforts of the owner and the positive contribution of the local management departments and contractors during the construction process of industrial park and also proposed all local authorities to continue to provide maximum support in policies and procedures for the project to be completed as scheduled.
The construction commencement of wastewater treatment plant is important role in completing synchronously infrastructure of Aurora IP to quickly attracting investment. The project not only affirms the position of a leading textile industry center in Vietnam but also contributes positively to the socio-economic development of Nam Dinh province.
