August 29th, 2023. The signing ceremony of the land sublease agreement and land handover between the investor and one of the most professional microfiber manufacturers from Singapore – SANBANG Co., Ltd took place successfully. Attending the signing ceremony, there was the presence of the leaders of Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee, Nghia Hung District People’s Committee and the senior managers of the two corporations.
In early 2023, Sanbang Company Limited (Singapore) decided to invest in Nam Dinh and chose Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park - Aurora IP to invest in fiber plant. With high determination and enthusiastic support from the Nam Dinh Provincial government and Aurora IP, in mid-August, The Management Board of Industrial Parks in northern Nam Dinh province has granted an investment license to Singapore’s SANBANG Co., Ldt. The investment capital reaches 673.5 billion VND (nearly $30 million USD). In there, the investor's capital is 86.8 billion VND, accounting for 12.8% of the total investment capital of the project.

On August 29th, 2023, at the office of Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park, Aurora IP and Sanbang Co., Ltd jointly signed the land sublease agreement, whereby, Sanbang Co., Ltd leased 10.34 hectares of land at Aurora Industrial Park to invest the project of expanding the factory specializing in the production of towels, woven fabrics, DTY yarns. The representatives of Sanbang Co., Ltd and Aurora IP signed the Land Sublease Contract, officially marking a close and sustainable partnership under the witness of the leaders of Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee and Nghia Hung District People's Committee.

“We completely believe in the success of the secondary investor when choosing to invest the textile and garment manufacturing in Aurora IP and commit to offering support regarding administrative procedures to implement the project as quickly as possible in accordance with the law, creating the maximum conditions for Sanbang Co., Ltd to operate and develop in peace of mind” said representative of the Management Board of Industrial Parks in northern Nam Dinh province.
In parallel with signing the land sublease agreement, after a period of site check and acceptance, the representatives of two parties agreed to sign the Minutes of Land handover at site and officially receive the handover of the Industrial Park land. This is a turning point, marking a long-term cooperation.
