In March 2019, to open the chain of events to promote and call for overseas investment, Rang Dong Infrastructure Investment and Development JSC., and representatives of Nam Dinh province attended "Investment Promotion Seminar in Textile and Garment sector” in Taipei, Taiwan.
From March 6, 2019 to March 8, 2019, upon the receipt of invitation of the Vietnam Economic and Cultural Office in Taipei, Rang Dong Infrastructure Development and Investment JSC., and representatives of Nam Dinh Province were on a business trip to attend Investment Promotion Seminar in Textile and Garment sector in Taipei, Taiwan.
In this Investment Promotion Seminar, there were participation of many Vietnamese delegations and representatives of enterprises under 12 associations (Textile Association, Spinning Association, Wool Spinning Association, Recycled Yarn Association, Cotton Spinning Association, Footware Association, etc) of Taiwan Textile Federation (with over 3000 members).
At the seminar, the representative of Rang Dong Company gave speech of an overview and development strategy until 2025 - vision of 2030 of Vietnam Textile and Garment Industry, therefore showing the current situation and the increasing demand of fabric production sector as well as the orientation of sustainable and stable development solutions of Vietnam Textile and Garment industry. Accordingly, Vietnam Textile and garment industry strives to achieve an average annual growth rate of 7% from 2018 to 2015 and 5% from 2026 to 2035, with the goal to meet 45% of whole Textile and garment industry's fabric demand by 2020 (equivalent to 5.17 billion meters of fabric) and in 2025, meet 65% of fabric demand (equivalent to 12.61 billion meters of fabric).
Simultaneously, the company leaders also promoted the potential, development strengths, environment and attractive investment opportunities in Nam Dinh province in general and Aurora IP in particular.
