On December 14, 2023, at the Management Office of Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park -Aurora IP, Cat Tuong Real Estate Group (Cat Tuong Group) successfully signed a strategic cooperation contract and bidding construction package acceptance letter with Central Construction Joint Stock Company. The event marks the comprehensive development of Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park -Aurora IP to a new level.
Attending the signing ceremony, representatives of Cat Tuong Group were Mr. Tran Quoc Viet - Chairman of the Board of Directors cum General Director of Cat Tuong Group and Rang Dong Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, Mrs. Do Trieu Anh – Director of Planning and Economic Division, Mr. Nguyen Trung Dung - Project Director and Rang Dong JSC leaders. The signing of the strategic cooperation contract and the letter of acceptance for the construction package plays an important role in concretizing and developing cooperative activities between Cat Tuong Group and Central Construction Joint Stock Company. It is also the basis and foundation to develop the next important piece of the Industrial Park including: Transportation system, Rainwater drainage system, Technical trenches, Wastewater drainage system, Water supply system, Power Supply and Lighting systems, communications and Medium Voltage systems.

Aurora IP will conduct traffic planning, technical infrastructure for water supply systems, wastewater treatment, boilers, electricity and landscape for the entire infrastructure complex; ensuring combined functions to meet the strict standards of the global textile and dyeing process with a scale of 40 hectares out of a total area of 520 hectares in the Industrial Park.
