On March 9, 2024, at Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park - Aurora IP, the Board of Directors of Cat Tuong Real Estate Group (Cat Tuong Group) directly successfully negotiated and signed strategic cooperation and construction contracts for key bidding packages with four companies who are major domestic partners and contractors. The event is a milestone recognizing the speedy implementation and comprehensive completion of Rang Dong Textile Industrial Park - Aurora IP at a new level.
Attending the signing ceremony, from the Cat Tuong Group side, there were the presence of Mr. Tran Quoc Viet, Chairman of the Board of Directors - General Director of Cat Tuong Group cum Chairman of the Board of Directors - General Director of Rang Dong Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, Ms. Do Trieu Anh - Director of the Economic Planning Division, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Giang - Deputy Project Director - Aurora IP Industrial Park Project Management Board and a number of leaders of Rang Dong Company. On the side of partners and contractors, there were representatives of leaders and senior staff of Vietnam Science and Technology Joint Stock Company (Busadco), Steel Frame House and Industrial Equipment Joint Stock Company (Seico), Hapulico Electric Lighting Investment & Construction Joint Stock Company and Dekko Group Joint Stock Company.
The signing of strategic cooperation plays an important role in concretizing and positively impacting the development of cooperative activities between Cat Tuong Group and contractor partners, serving as the basis and foundation for completion of CTE-HUB operating center - clean water treatment plant system with phase 1 capacity: 30,000m3/day and night, providing materials for water supply and drainage systems, providing structures for rainwater drainage ditches and trenches, the technical and lighting system of the entire area of Aurora IP Industrial Park which is in a rush to speed up the process of completing the technical infrastructure complex, ensuring combined functions and creating an impression that meets strict standards of the global textile and dyeing process with a scale of 40 hectares on a total area of 520 hectares of the Industrial Park, ready to meet the development and expansion needs of foreign investors operating in Vietnam.
